Personally, I would like to have the ability to edit remote files over ftp, ssh, or WebDAV.

How could you not like Eclipse?

It's the most wonderfulestest tool on the face of a computer screen

Especially when you've got that lovely cfeclipse plugin to make your life
that much simpler

:-)

Seriously though, I appreciate that Eclipse is not for everyone.

Is there something tangible that makes you despise it?

Maybe a list of things that we could work on either in the cfeclipse plugin,
or that we could try to push through to the main Eclipse development effort.

Subject: RE: [CFCDev] Serialization of CFCs

With
some of the new tools around (cfeclipse, notably), length of file is

almost

irrelevant

Barney: Unfortunately, those of us who despise Eclipse are stuck addressing
our needs in other ways. When Dreamweaver grows an internal CFC navigator,
I'll reverse course.
