I don't blame you for being skeptical; not in the least and on second read my initial post was a little "door-to-door salesman" like. As for price, well everyone has differences of opinion about the values of things, I suppose because value is relative.

Now I just need to work on my prose so I don't sound so 'salesman-like'...
