I'm a big fan of the Flip process that Hal preaches and have found that it works really well. To me though it doesn't help that much when I'm deciding what objects I should have and their relationships. My HTML prototypes are great for workflows, but not good for architecture. For example HTML prototypes don't show that a user is assigned permissions when they log in (sounds like information hiding to me!!). That's why I was doing to storyboard - pretty much explaining the clicks I'm doing on my prototype with a bit of knowledge about the hidden processes.
