It's unclear why we use AdjustConstraintDepth here in the first place, i.e. why the depth is incorrect in the first place. Regarding Diff/Value - TemplateDepth (despite its name) currently (without this diff) is used as an addend (i.e. AdjustConstraintDepth doesn't set depths to a given value but replaces Depth with Depth + TemplateDepth)
