Subject: [CFTALKTor] SQL Database Activation

Hi everyone,

This may be a basic question for most of you, but I am trying to setup my first SQL server database within Cold Fusion Administrator.  I have setup MS Access D-bases before with CF Administrator, but I’m a newbie to SQL server.  I am using CF 5.0 on Windows 2000.

Using the SQL server driver, I setup the following:

DSN Name:  MyDatabase

Server:  (Local)

Login Info:  MyDatabase.MDF

When I select Create or Update, it tells me that it cannot verify the database.  Can anyone suggest what is wrong, or direct me to a resource that is CF and SQL specific?

Much thanks.
