Hey, A product such as LISTSERV/LSMTP can handle all the serious mail delivery/bounce issues. A database with a Cold Fusion front end can be built and shared with LISTSERV/LSMTP. I have worked on such a project which had an ASP front end which we all would have done in Colf Fusion but nonetheless the basic architecture is identical...
