good.  you can import access into sql very easily.  it required some 
checking of options and such, but it's pretty painless.  it's hard to say 
of you'll save any disc space at all.  200mb in access, if it's pure data 
is still 200mb.  i'm unsure as to how much if any savings will be gained 
there.  on the performance front though you should see a significant 
improvement.  that alone is worth paying for.

how much are they asking for a sql database vs what they're charging for 
hosting an access one?
