Hi Andi,
The changes I have made in Chandler are localizable. I have used the
month names and the weekdays from PyICU using
PyICU.DateFormatSymbols().getWeekdays() and getMonths().
Other natural language date/time strings can be localised too. But the
problem might be that "dinner" in the US (which is at 7pm) might not
match the timing for dinner in other locales. So we need to set those
constants in parsedatetime.
