"utterly useless"
"hysterical about week- and month-overviews"
"can't fathom not having the same limitations"
"morons at MS"
"I don't think you've thought this through"
"complete moron"

if you really think that we are going to be receptive to the attitude
conveyed by this kind of language, you're mistaken. we're interested
in ideas for improvement, but what you're doing is the equivalent of
bursting into a room shouting expletives and generally acting like a
boor. show some respect and moderate your tone if you want to be taken
seriously.
