I think the tone of communications issues have been mostly dealt with,
but I'll just add some comments below.

I believe this is just a bad choice of expression on Marcus' part. Just
looking at a dictionary, "utterly" seems like a perfectly valid word to
use. However, it can come across as showing contempt. I don't think that
was Marcus' intent. A proper professional expression would have been
"completely", so let's just mentally make the replacement.

The same can be applied to some of the other expressions. But not for
moron; that is still bad form even if you have to look up the word from
dictionary.

So let this be a reminder to us all that we have people participating
from various cultures and language backgrounds, and what at first might
seem insulting could in fact be due to the fact that dictionaries don't
always carry the nuances of expressions. It is still ok to point out bad
forms of communications, but please give the benefit of doubt due to
language barriers.

Here's hoping *I* did not write insultingly, being a non-native English
speaker myself...
