Hi Andreas,
We are currently about to release Chandler 0.7.4.
If the translation is completed, tested, and found to be bug free
by the end of this week and you fill out and fax the Contributor
License Agreement
required for OSAF to accept your translation then the German
translation will
make it in to the 0.7.4 release.
