We sometimes say that J evaluates in a right-to-left order. And
that's fairly accurate.

A fundamental motivation, here, involves statements like

a =: b + c

But we also sometimes talk about exceptions to this rule - parenthesis
override evaluation order, and conjunctions and adverbs have "implicit
parenthesis".

Perhaps it's worth noting here that we are still using the same
underlying right-to-left processing order, but that some things are
deferred (placed on a stack for later consideration)?
