I would like to go to this but don't have the time.  I would contribute
toward sponsoring Raul or Bob.

One of the things that motivated my most recent talk on J is that the
simple, powerful J (and APL) idea of arrays is largely unknown - I continue
to see new languages do a crap job of this.  Just the idea that an array
has a shape denoted by a vector of non-negative integers and the length of
the shape vector determines the dimensionality of the array is so simple
and so powerful that it's astounding it hasn't become universal.

This illustrates the quote attributed to Howard Aiken:
"Don't worry about people stealing your ideas.  If your ideas are any good,
you'll have to cram them down peoples' throats."

I would like to help start cramming.
