It's not wrong, though it might not be complete.

If you follow the link, the Strong Typing page matches J's type
system.  Of course, J's type system is also dynamic, but wikipedia
does not have a page on dynamic typing (it's a subsection of the
general page on types).  Anyways, adding "dynamic" with an appropriate
link would probably be a good thing.

But here's an illustration of why J's type system is strong, rather
than weak:
