I have no idea who might be reading those sections, but j has almost no
mention in any of them. For example the "Arrays" link lists APL but the
author didn't deal with index origin and other issues - j is missing from
that page, and it could be added and included in the "vectorized" examples.
Hypothetically speaking, anyone with the interest in doing so
can update those pages (which is both a strength and a
weakness -- you can update those pages but so can random
other people).
You do not even need to sign in to do so -- just click edit and
then submit after you are done.

Yes - I've even made a few contributions (additions/corrections) in
wikipedia, but I don't have the marketing gene that is needed to
write things that would catch people's interest... (but I hope
someone in the group does, and does some updates or extols some
success stories)
