I have been rereading some of the rexx manuals and it is quite interesting that there is so much written about a lot of simple operations. There are pages and pages about how to do the most simple things.
The same text you could actually take and do the same for J instead of REXX. Just replacing the actual operations and do J stuff instead. I guess there are a hell of a lot REXX programmers/users than J programmers/users and one of the reasons could be the lack of good documentation for J because as far as I am concerned you can do a hell of a lot more with J than REXX.
