Ok... but first I am going to note that this subject seems to be a bit slippery. Earlier today, the context was "commercial and educational usefulness" where now the context is "practical or commercial or demonstrated benefits". So, before we can provide evidence that fits within the these bounds, perhaps we should have some idea of where the bounds are? For example, do you require any particular scale for the associated endeavors? If so, what scale do you require? [Put differently, I know of people that have been using J in commercial contexts and people that have been using J in educational contexts and I have no clue why you think they do not find J useful.] -- Raul ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
