That's one guy. APL made a living for hundreds of people in countries  
and corporations around the world.

Evidence... It is up to the prosecution to provide evidence.
Assertions as to benefits are not evidence.

Evidence might consist of :
Money (value) saved or created by the use of J
Important mathematical theorems or advances credited to J
Measurable improvement in teaching and learning (this IS very difficult 
to demonstrate)
Performance improvements in machines or systems attributable to J.
