My experience with Windows XP64 is that interaction between 32bit 
applications does not work and surprisingly you meet them:
- The Internet Explorer 64bit does not run any mediaplayers (like Flash 
they are all 32bit) -> you must run 32-bit browser (IE or FireFox)to see 
everything in the internet.
- 32bit ODBC drivers do not install
- J64 ODBC works only with native 64bit database (like SQLServer 64bit)
- OLE communication works only with J32 and 32bit apps
