I know Oleg put together a GraphViz addon to produce such a chart for ;:-style
FSMs. It may be possible to adapt it to verb call structures.
Of course, there's also 5!:4 and friends:

You are probably misunderstanding.
Of course the lines/verbs/etc are in text and should remain so.
The connections between verbs in a system call trees and so on could be
displayed graphically like a mind map so sometimes most of the texts could
be hidden in bubbles and somtimes opened for viewing/editing like a html
popup.
Again i am not talkibout individual lines for the graphical interface but
rather the flow and such.
