Well, the URL is properly percent escaped
(http://localhost:8080/children/F%7B0F1E2D3C-4B5A-6978-8796-A5B4C3D2E1F0%7D) as
I've said in the issue description there is no problem with link URLs at
workspace creation. But at the feed creation the id is decoded.
