Wait.
That may make the IRI syntactically legal, but it will still be invalid until
you register the "urn:x-children" namespace (there's a registry + registration
process) for that.
Speaking of which: is this globally unique? It it's not you'll be violating a
MUST level requirement in RFC 4287 (Atom).
