No, for now it's not necessarily globally unique if the underlying object ids
aren't.
We could add the repository id to the IRI but that still won't guarantee global
unicity.
I don't see how we can guarantee that in any case... there's just not enough
info at the Chemistry level.
Sounds like something that needs to be added for Atom compliance...
