Hello:

I went to try and configure a couple Rails apps today (typo and
Redmine) on my server but cherokee-admin gave 504 timeout errors. I
executed 'cherokee-admin -b' with and without logging enabled and
pretty much obtained the same results. It provides me in the console
with the one time password, I go to the URL and port in a browser,
enter the login credentials and submit, wait and get a 504. I'm
running the standard python that ships with Debian Squeeze but the
cherokee package I'm using is from Debian Sid because I wanted a more
up-to-date version than what Squeeze had. I was previously able to
access cherokee-admin and had several successful configurations made
with it. I did look at issue 1113
(http://code.google.com/p/cherokee/issues/detail?id=1113) but in that
issue they were able to access some pages. In my case I'm not even
forwarded to the welcome page.

I'm running my Debian server on a 1.6 Ghz atom d510 board with 1gb of
ram. Speed shouldn't be the problem here.
