Seatbelts should be anything but mandatory, but since the lawmakers have
found a new way to finance superhighways AND get a new source of revenue
for the state...we are having to put up with it...I just paid a ticket for
not wearing them...do I wear them now? No, my fathers best friend died
because of seatbelts...yeah they may be good for some people, but they are
bad for me (two broken collarbones are enough, thanks)...I'll not wear them
unless the law is looking, then only for a minute...
