I would pick ..... A.. You definitely don't want this guy working on your
car, but it's not worth the hassles you'll have by not paying him. Just pay
him, tell him in blunt terms why you will never do business with him again &
take the car elsewhere.
As far as the air cleaner, all you probably need is to change to a low
profile cleaner.
