Check the archive. I believe that I saw several good answers to your
questions. Possibly you missed them? I don't know a thing about
body work except that I KNOW that an amateur does not want to be
sandblasting sheet metal. TOO much danger of warping & making them
unusable. Someone on the list went thru this a year ago.
www.caswellplating.com has a D-I-Y guide for polishing stainless &
aluminum. I think that they go into straightening also.
