If you're talking about the collector gasket, you're at
the mercy of the header mfg. There are no one-size-fits-all. Drop
one collector and trace the outline, bolt hole positions, and center hole
diameter (probably 2.5" on a small block unless someone went nuts).
That'll give tech support something to go by.
If you're talking about header flange to head gasket,
there shouldn't be that many for stock-type 350 heads. They're probably
either round port or square port. You should be able to take one out
WITHOUT dropping the headers. Take out all bolts EXCEPT the end two (one
on each end), just loosen those enough to let the header fall away from the head
about 1/8" to 1/4". All gaskets that I've seen have a slotted hole for the
end two bolts.
