Can anyone tell me if the speedo cable is screwed into the speedo or just twist-locked on there like it is at the transmission.. I'll be hating life if I have to yank my entire dash cluster to fix a busted cable.. I might as well put in my floor-shiter speedo without the gear indicator if I have to go that route..
I thought all the Chevelle speedo cables were push on locks....this means you push the tab on the back of the speedo and the cable comes out freely...mine always have been this type on the GM cars I've owned.
