I just got my '66 Convertible in June. Attached
is a pic. It looks much better in the pic than real life!!! I'm
trying to decide what I want it to be. It was originally a 6banger 3spd on
the column (changed to the floor). I think I want it to be
a fun Hot Rod and blow off all the
"original" rules I have a 2:73 Posi in the rear and plan
on changing gears to 3:73. I want the benifits of the 5spd and plan
on not having too much HP. I want to make it a
"Driver".
How much for the tranny? Bell housing and shifter
included?
Only problem is I'm in TX. I'm in the
Logistics business so I might be able to figure something out, but it might
not be cost effective.
