Before anyone goes too far: how much torque is the Richmond capable of handling? A big block chevy can make 500 ft lb. torque real quick!

I saw an article with a G-body wagon....had a Lake Speed block motor running around 550 ft lbs....it had the Richmond 5 speed in it......not sure of the exact numbers...they don't list them on the Richmond web site....
