I always just used Eastwoods Underhood black for the firewall, inner fenders and such and Chassis Black for the frame. Seemed to give the gloss about right. The only things shiny (shiney?) were the power steering pump, pulleys and the metal on top of the radiator shroud that I painted Rattle Can gloss black.
