If you are using Outlook, you can go into "Tools", "Options" and "Spelling".  It has an automatic spell check built in to the default.  If you want, you can cancel the spell check.  It should pop up and say something to the effect of "Spell Check not completed;  would you like to send anyway?"  Press yes, and VOILA, no spell check.

If this is not the problem, post it again.  I will look at other options.  What mailer are you using, etc....

Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] corvette rear

I see them going for around $1,000 to $1,500. Width? I "think" they are approximately 60" but don't hold me to that number.
If you're thinking about putting one under a Chevelle,,forget it. Too much money and trouble.

If you are referring to the Dana 44 rear ends found in manual trans C4 Corvettes(85-96),the rear cover on the 44 has three bolts running across the top of the rear inspection cover. Dana 44 is also stamped on the housing.
