Geez, Ausley's is getting a lot of air time. Yes, a real bumper place has jigs for straightening them properly. The other big chroming issue is pot metal. You have to find a good place that will fill pits, not just grind them. One of the key factors in re-chroming costs is geography. HazMat rules are so tough here in NY that nobody does any chrome plating anymore, except maybe for small pieces. They all send it out.
