I bought the stainless wheel pads and polish from Eastwood.  Mine were
scratched and weathered. They are excellent at removing scratches and the
dullness that stainless gets. Mine look brand new again. Those parts are not
re-popped anywhere. So you either have to find a used set(and more than
likely they will be scratched) or buff them with a wheel. Doing it by hand
will only make you tired.
