A good set of 8mm or 8.5mm wires should be fine if your 
ignition system is stock or mildly modified.  I've had 
good luck with Taylor, MSW, and Autolite wires.  If you 
want, take your ohmmeter and measure the resistance of 
each wire; a *good* parts store will let you do this 
before you actually pay for them.  You're looking for 
low resistance and consistent readings for all 8 wires.

You can test the coil by measuring the resistance across 
the terminals.  A Super Coil should produce a fairly low 
reading on your ohmmeter.
