Think it will depend on what offset wheels you have, but keep in mind by moving up to 245/60R15's you are gonna gain approx. a 1/4"-1/2" in height and 1/4"-1/2" in width     Are you running the original width rear end. My 66 has a 70 el-camino rear, I currently run 235-60-15s & was wondering if 245-60-15s would work with my set up. Thanks
