4500 i think is a fair price if you know for a fact that the things done to the motor were actually done .have you drove it? Is it a daily driver ? 2door or 4 door? Its pretty tough finding a 35 year old vehicle that looks and runs good. anyway, half the fun of having a classic is working on it and seeing the car change .
