I agree, 4500 is a fair price. The true cost is how much you will put into it down the road. I paid 3500 for my 66 in fair shape with the distinct understanding that I had a minimum 5000 additional out lay to get it where I wanted it (at least for starters). But never underestimate the incidentals that come along!
