I'll only tell you about the ones i know.
1) z16- there is report of approximately 65 known to still exist (65 odd huh)
3) there were plenty of LS5 / try an LS6 convert I've heard 18-25) or a L 89 (aluminum head 396 convert less than 10)
4) Yenkos are all rare
5) there was no L 89 or 88 65 chevelle z16 was the only big block and they made 6,021 with the L 79
6) the rest i don't care about
