Strong-arm? Not sure, but isn't there something called "copyright"? Besides, if you can say "licensed by GM" isn't the quality better? Don't know, just asking. If I had a patent on something and someone wanted to reproduce it years later(and I still owned the patent) I would want my cut of the pie. And I would want to be sure you baked the pie the same way I did. After all, it's my reputation your reproducing.
