<can you even get the fuel pump in OVER the pushrod?? Um.. Why yes you can. 8) How do I know? I did it myself at the age of 15 a long while back. I didn't know to hold the rod up and proceeded bolting on the pump. Needless to say it didn't work to well or should I say not at all. It did however bend the pushrod in the process. New rod and rebolt and that 283 was good to go <G>
