Chad, I believe this is Tripoli Turquoise in 68 - http://www.dalesplace.com/images/chevelle_shows/aces2002/68-69/p001206.jpg - one of my favorite colors beside orange.
Your prices are probably pretty close except the shifter. B&M shifters run in the $150-$175 range. For $11.5K, I'd check the mechanicals like brakes, suspension, engine condition (such as a compression check, will it run on unleaded fuel, etc.) You don't mention the transmission type, TH350 or TH400 maybe?
