There are no known numbers of cars painted a particular color, just as there
aren't numbers on how many bench seat, red, 4-speed cars came with a vinyl
top and AM/FM radio.  I don't mean to be sarcastic here, but GM claims all
records were lost.  The only real numbers we do know are how many of a
certain model series were built such as 180,401 Malibu V-8 coupes and 55,309
1968 Super Sport coupes (see
