If this is the case... then real simple... yell a couple of curse words into the phone hang up. Do not try again :P Order from another company or person.

 

I was looking through their catalog a few days ago pondering who to order some fenders and numerous other items for my 68. After these posts... I won't order from them... that it unfair, illegal, and all around screwing the customer. I would much rather deal with someone else.

I also checked Ground Up's website and the prices for the items are the
same as in the book. Yet when I called they wanted $4 bucks more for one
item and $2 bucks more for the other and wouldn't sell them for the
advertised price when ask.
