[Chevelle-List] Cowl tag

I have a 67 SS project car, no engine or tranny. I have looked at "Chevrolet by the Numbers" to decode the cowl tag, but I cannot fully understand the information. I can tell it was an Atlanta built code 138 coupe body car, with red on red. I would like to tell the horsepower of the original engine, if possible. Also, I would generally like to understand all of the codes. It reads as follows:
