Also I've seen lines get rusted closed from the inside and look
absolutely fine on the outside. I have cut lines that have just a pin
hole for an ID. This would also be consistent with what your
experiencing. The brake fluid can't bleed back so the brakes lock then
over time they bleed through the bad line and the brakes release.
