Due to some recent discoveries, I may need to use an alternate block for my car. The original owner told me that the block had been decked at one point. Is there any way I can measure myself to find out how much it has been decked if at all? I read somewhere that sometimes the engine stamp on the pass side will be missing from the decking process, but is there a way to confirm on my own?
