[Chevelle-List] Engine code

I'm looking at a 327 engine to buy. The seller says it's a 327/350. The block code is 3968174 and the heads are 3860462. I can't find these numbers anywhere. The deck is stamped HCH. I can find HC but not HCH. I haven't looked at the motor yet. This is info he gave me over the phone. If it is a 327/350 it will be mine. He's asking $1500 or best. Can anyone one help me with the casting numbers? Mfg date on it is 7/9/1966. Correct for my '66. Thanks Rich
