Along with the other 68 parts I picked up over the weekend, I got a front
bumper assembly (complete with bumper brackets & parking lights) and a
rear bumper assembly (complete with bumper brackets, parking lights,
license plate backet & light and rear bumper guards).

Tonight I took off the rear bumper guards to see if they'd fit my 69, but
they don't. I'm disappointed, since they're in great shape (all the
chrome is good with just a little pitting & no scratches & no rust & no
dents/dings - the rubber on one is fine, while the other is split, but I
see they sell replacements for those in various Chevelle catalogs).

Since I can't use them & I don't think anyone makes replacements for them
yet, I'm wondering what they're worth & whether I should hold onto them
in case my 2nd Chevelle down the road someday ends up being a 68.

Anybody have an idea what these are worth & how hard they are to find?

        Thanks in advance,

        Jim -69-SS396- H.
